Terms and Conditions
1. In the interest of all cats, no booking will be accepted or admitted for boarding unless they are vaccinated according to current veterinary requirements. Please present proof of this when bringing you cat in.
2. In order to keep our boarding facilities parasite-free, please ensure that your cat is flea free. If we notice that your cat has fleas, we’ll treat them for it at your expense. The cost for this treatment is R150 and is payable when picking up your cat.
3. Your cats can expect the finest treatment at Cattitudes, however, they and their accessories are boarded entirely at their owner's risk. The owner acknowledges that they are aware of the conditions under which they will be accommodated.
4. The full period of board contracted must be paid for in advance and not later than the date prescribed by us on your quotation.
5. The cat’s owner acknowledges responsibility for the full costs of accommodation booked, whether the cat is accommodated or not, and that this reservation contract is not subject to cancellation or variation, unless such cancellation or variation is received by us via email or call at least two weeks before booked admission date.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY:
2 Weeks or more before arrival - 100% of money paid back.
1 to 2 Weeks before arrival - 50% of money paid.
Less than one week before admission - no refunds will be made.
7. Fees are charged inclusive of days of arrival and departure (per night), unless cats are collected BEFORE 10h00 on departure date.
8. Our fees include: physical check-ups, cuddles and play time in the lounge daily, bedding and litter. Our fee’s exclude: nursing and medication. As cats can be fussy eaters, we recommend that you provide their own food, however, should you wish for us to provide food, we would be delighted to provide Hills Science Diet at an additional surcharge of R20.00 per cat, per day., however, should you wish for us to provide food, we would be delighted to provide Hills Science Diet at an additional surcharge of R20.00 per cat, per day. Should your cat become ill, we will call a veterinarian to attend to your cat or it will be taken to a Veterinary Hospital where it can receive the correct professional attention, at the cat owner's expense.
9. All outstanding balances, including transport, Veterinary fees and expenses will be paid for by the owner directly to Cattitudes before collection of your cat from our premises or directly to the Veterinary practice.
10. Cat owners are allowed to bring their cat's own bedding / blanket and every effort will be made to look after your cat's bedding, toys and accessories, but Cattitudes accepts no responsibility for their loss or damage.
